G4S is responsible for the vehicle removal. 

Can I have a pet?

If you wish to keep a pet you must first contact ND Property Management to seek approval. However, pet ownership comes with the responsibility of ensuring the estate remains clean, safe, and pleasant for all.

Pet owners must take full responsibility for their pets, including keeping common areas free from mess, managing noise levels, and ensuring their pets do not disturb other residents.

What is our property management company?

Currently the ND Property Management is appointed, by the College Gardens Association, to provide management services across the estate and for individual blocks. 

What is this site?

This site was created to consolidate most relevant information in a way that's easily accessible. 
While a lot of information is passed as emails, letters or oral information from ND property management, landlords or neighbours, it was deemed useful to come up with an initiative to manage all the information centrally. 

This site is supplied and managed solely by the Curie Fry House.
